Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Brazil. Here's everything you need to know before you order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or Brazilian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

5 to 8 business days after dispatch, for all international destinations. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier and do not include time held in customs. Remote destinations may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your order value:

Up to $40 — $18
$40.01 to $150 — $25
$150.01 to $250 — $30
$250.01 to $399 — $35
Over $399 — Free

All rates are in US dollars.

Where we ship

We ship to more than 200 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and across Latin America. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email us — we can usually arrange it.

Customs duties and import taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges vary by country and are set by your local customs authority, not by Color Craft. We have no control over them and cannot predict the amount. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Parcels refused at customs and returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return charges incurred.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after five business days, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@colorcraft.com.br with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will resolve it — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Online courses

Courses and digital products are delivered instantly by email after purchase. No shipping is required and no shipping charge applies.
