Bags and shoes in black or navy work naturally here, which is not true of every palette. Monochrome dressing suits you — navy on navy or grey on grey, with texture carrying the interest instead of a second colour.
Makeup
Cool and clear. True red, cool berry and blue-based pink on the lips suit this colouring exceptionally well — a strong lip is easier here than on almost any other palette.
Warm corals, peaches and bronzes fight the blue base — usable, but they want cool support elsewhere in the look.

A palette is not a fence around your closet. Both are cool. Summer is softer and lighter; Winter is clearer and deeper. Held side by side, the Summer version of a blue looks slightly dusty next to the Winter version.
Can Cool Winter wear brown?
Warm chocolate browns fight the palette, but cool-leaning taupes and deep cocoa work. Navy generally does the same job better.
